Delete Your Forjado Account

Forjado is a game developed by Velthortech. This page explains how to delete your account and everything stored with it. There are two ways to do it: from inside the game, or by writing to us.
The short version:
1. If you still have the game installed, delete it yourself: Account → Delete my account. It is immediate.
2. If you no longer have it, email developer@velthortech.com.
3. Either way, deletion is permanent. There is no way to undo it.
1. Deleting it yourself, from the game
This is the fastest route and it does not require contacting us at all:
- Open Forjado and sign in.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Tap Delete my account, at the bottom.
- Confirm twice. We ask twice on purpose, because it cannot be reversed.
Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out. Nothing is queued for later and nothing is kept on hold.
2. Requesting it by email
If you already uninstalled the game, lost the device, or simply prefer not to reinstall it, write to developer@velthortech.com from the Google account you played with, and include:
- The subject line “Delete my Forjado account”.
- Your display name in the game, so we can locate the account.
We verify that the request comes from the account's owner before deleting anything — otherwise anyone could erase someone else's progress. We reply to every request and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Keep in mind: we do not store your email address, so we cannot match it to your account automatically. That is why we need your display name, and why reinstalling the game and deleting it from the Account screen is always the quickest path.
3. What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account, permanently:

| Your progress | Gold, gems, experience, items, inventory, forge levels, upgrades and campaign progress. Deleted. |
| Your history | Run results, daily streak, offers and mailbox. Deleted. |
There is no “deactivated” copy set aside and no recovery period. Once deleted, the data is gone and we cannot restore it, even if you ask us to.
4. What is kept, and why
Two things survive, but stripped of any link to you:
- Purchase records, kept as anonymous transactions with no identifier attached. We are required to retain records of commercial transactions, but once detached they can no longer be connected to you or to any account.
- Support tickets, same treatment: the message is kept without the link to your account.
Deleting your account does not refund past purchases. Any content you bought is lost along with the rest of your progress. If you want a refund, that goes through Google Play, not through us.
5. Starting over
Nothing stops you from playing again later. Signing in creates a brand-new account, from zero — it does not recover the deleted one, because there is nothing left to recover.
