Forjado Terms of Service

Forjado is a game developed by Velthortech. By installing and playing it, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, the right thing to do is not to use the game.
1. Your account
- To play you must sign in with Google Play Games. Your game account is tied to that identity.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you lose access to your Google account, you lose access to your progress: we have no other way to identify you.
- One person, one account. Buying, selling or transferring accounts is not allowed.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the game. It is irreversible and is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Virtual currency and in-game items
Gold, gems, items and any other in-game element are not money and not property. They are a limited, personal and non-transferable licence to use them within Forjado.
- They have no monetary value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for real money.
- They cannot be transferred, sold or traded between accounts.
- We may adjust prices, quantities and content balance to keep the game fair. This may affect the relative value of what you already own, and is a normal part of a game's life.
- If your account is deleted or suspended, everything associated with it is lost.
3. Purchases
- All purchases are processed through Google Play. We do not take part in the charge and never access your payment methods.
- Refunds are governed by Google Play's policy and handled directly with Google. If the content was credited correctly, we do not issue refunds ourselves.
- If you paid and did not receive what you bought, write to us: we check it against Google's receipt and credit it.
- By purchasing digital content delivered immediately, you accept that it is delivered at once and understand this may affect your right of withdrawal under applicable law.
4. Prohibited conduct
The following is not allowed:
- Using cheats, bots, modified clients or any software that alters the game.
- Exploiting bugs to gain an advantage. If you find one, report it instead of abusing it.
- Attempting to access our servers, other players' accounts or non-public parts of the system.
- Reverse engineering the game or our API.
- Using offensive or discriminatory names, or impersonating another person.
- Automating gameplay or generating artificial traffic against our servers.
Consequences
If we detect any of these behaviours we may revert improperly obtained rewards, suspend the account or delete it, depending on severity. The game validates every run's result on the server: impossible results are rejected automatically.
An account suspended for cheating is not entitled to a refund of purchases made.
5. Advertising
The game may offer optional ads in exchange for rewards. Watching them is always your choice: Forjado can be played in full without watching a single ad. Ad content is managed by Google AdMob and is not under our control.
6. Service availability
- Forjado requires an internet connection: your progress lives on our servers, not on your phone. That protects your save if you lose or change devices.
- We do our best to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, failures or causes beyond our control.
- We may discontinue the game. If that happens, we will announce it inside the game as far in advance as possible.
7. Content and updates
We may add, modify or remove content, adjust difficulty and change balance at any time. Some updates may be mandatory in order to keep playing, when the client and the server are no longer compatible.
8. Intellectual property
All Forjado content — code, art, audio, text and name — belongs to Velthortech. You may play it; you may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from it without written permission.
You may capture and share screenshots and videos of the game, including monetised ones, as long as you do not present them as official Velthortech content.
9. Limitation of liability
Forjado is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of progress, service interruptions or indirect damages arising from use of the game. None of this limits the consumer rights granted to you on a non-waivable basis by applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update them. If a change is significant, we will announce it inside the game and update the date in the header. Continuing to play after a change means accepting it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights afforded to you as a consumer in your country of residence.
